"At first, I thought that going through my first car acident in decades would be a genuine hassle. Fortunately Dean Bowen's staff, especially Jessica, made the entire process extremely easy. Jessica acted as my representative with the claims department, the body shop and even the car rental. She handled herself knowlegeably, with professionalism and a high degree of courtesy.
